Your banking data: account number, account statements.

55minutes takes reasonable steps to ensure that the Personal Data processed is appropriate, accurate and complete for the intended use, in order to achieve the objectives described in this Policy.

In general, we retain your data only for as long as necessary, and we delete it as soon as the reason for its collection is no longer valid.

Applicants’ data is retained for a minimum period of 9 years (until 2019) and thereafter 10 years (from 2020) after the application is submitted.

If you share Personal Data concerning other individuals with 55minutes, you agree to: (a) inform them of the content of this Personal Data Protection Policy, and (b) obtain the legally required consent for the collection, use, disclosure and transfer of the Personal Data concerning those individuals, in accordance with the terms of this Policy.
